Hong Kong protestors started to use depictions of Pepe the Frog being a image of liberty and resistance from the extradition bill and law enforcement brutality from the 2019–2020 Hong Kong protests. New images of Pepe the Frog surfaced showing Pepe using an injured eye following a youthful wom
